Q:Where are golf balls retrieved? A:Our golf balls our found in woods, hills, valleys, and sides of ponds throughout highly reputable courses in the Central Texas area.

Q:What is the quality of the golf balls? A:Our golf balls are graded on a scale of 3A and up. For more information on the scale we use you can access that information on the "grading" page.

Q:What if I think that a ball I've gotten isn't on par or above the grading ordered? A:If you believe you have received a faulty golf ball then feel free to email info@ninelivesgolf.com. We will handle any issues and returns there.

Q:What are the balls packaged in? A: balls are packaged in small boxes and for larger orders they are shipped in sets of 100 balls each.
